I have a new apparently recycled telephone number and I am receiving hang up calls from 877-240-2145 Listed as toll free call.  I have already registered with the National do not call registry.

877-240-2145 = (877) 240 2145 - called on February 8, 2010 at 8:38 PM as "TOLLFREE NUMBER" and kept completely silent, no response, no one spoke on the other end of the line, but when I called them back, the recorded female voice says "You have dialed is temporarily unavailable, please check the number and dial later". What's the point of such calls? Annoyance which has some kind of purpose. There is not even a way to reach them to remove my phone number from their calling list, so I consider such practice criminal and will report to authorities.

Feb. 11, 2010 @ 7:30pm - We've been getting calls from 877-240-2145 but no one is on the phone and the line is eventually hung up.  I called back and got the same message someone earlier posted....the recorded female voice says "You have dialed is temporarily unavailable, please check the number and dial later".

This is rediculous.
