Got a call from this number turned out to be collection agency for Rogers Video - a debt owing of get this, $5.  Pfft.

I  liked it better when you got charged a simple late fee for returning movies late.  Now those a**holes at Rogers get a collection agency calling you night and day!  Never again am I renting anything from those bastards.  I think I'll cancel all three of our cell phones and cable and go with Bell.

Yep - it's Rogers - I called them and they confirmed it.  The reason I've been getting calls for 2 months?  I owe 1.75$ for returning a movie late.  Seriously bad choice Rogers - a customer owes you $1.75 and you harass them with phone calls for 2 months?
