this ben wamus has constantly called my family 3 to 4 times a week asking for my ex-husband. How he got their number is unknown to me but, they are constantly calling me everytime he calls. We keep telling him that we have no information on my ex-husband and he says ok but, the following day he calls again asking the same questions. Its very annoying and it puts you in a pissed off mood after telling this guy over and over again that we don't have any information. Stop calling!!!!!
ben wamus calls 3-4 times daily with an important message. He doesn't specify who the message is for but to call 800-567-9990 for resolution. He wakes my children up in the morning and interrupts them trying to go to sleep at night. Neede this to STOP
We receive calls from unknown name/unknown number at least twice per day for the past two weeks asking us to call 80-567-9990. We do not owe any debt nor do we wish to renew our car warranties ( if that is what they want ).We are both retired ..in our 70's and wish the calls would stop !!!!!
is a recording, at inopportune times, asking us to call this number. It's every day after 5 p.m. at least twice. I don't wish to resolve any debts and am tired of this recording. It forces me to not pick up the phone for any out of area calls. I'm probably missing important calls. it's maddening
I got a call from an "unknown number" today. They left a message for me to call Ben Wallus back at 800 567 9990. I do own on a payday loan to Ace Cash Advance. I am not sure if Ben works with them or not. Normally if a debt collector calls looking for me I tell them they got the wrong number. I am too afraid to call them back. Because most of the agents I spoke to are threaten god forsaken people.

"EVERYDAY" I get recorded calls from this "Ben Wamus" and to call 800-567-9990 back for an important message. After reading the above comments I decided to call and demand my ph# be removed from their call list as well, however after the initial recorded answering system, I was put thru to a line that never answered after 20 or so rings. Very, very annoying as I get these calls on weekdays AND weekends, and it fills up my answering machine basically.....I don't owe anyone any money, so I cannot imagine what the "message" is. I just want the calls to stop. I will continue to try to call to demand removal from their call list.
I get calls from this Ben Wamus 2 times a day, 7 days a week. But heres the thing... ITS AT MY OFFICE!!!! So when he calls for whatever this crap is, my entire office gets the call as well. When i try to call them back it goes to the recording and says to wait on the line to be transferred. I wait and then it hangs up on me. We are so sick of this wacko.
They keep calling and asked for a person that does not exist to call them back at extension 1322. I finally did and asked him to take my number off their list and stop calling. Hope they will.
Yep Every morning at a quarter to ten we can count on a call from our good buddie Ben Wamus Calling.....etc. He calls several times a day and all hours at home and at work!! Tried calling him a couple years ago to no avail. Phone company should take his tape recorder away and make him pay for all the customers who have lost time, totally wasted! He is a pimple! I am never going to respond to him again but he better quit calling me at home and at my business...I am ready to sign on with a class action group and see what can be done. Any lawyers out there? Surely he bugs you too!
Ben Wamus, or whoever he is, should be sent to the federal pen if he doesn't stop making these calls. And if they don't remove his phone lines and delist 800-567-9990, Mr. AT&T should be in there with him.
Has anyone actually called the number and tried to resolve? i did...got some lady with i would say a mexican accent... she told me he was trying to reach a melina tavarez.. i told her no one there with that name, and she said she would take our number off the list...so....lets see if he calls again.... Anyone have similar story?
We received a phone call this morning from a gentleman saying he was Ben Wallace and had an important message for us. As we do not know this person, I am filing a complaint, as we do not wish to be bothered by solicitors and do not ask to be.
People!!! Use your call forwarding feature and forward the incoming call back to their corporate office. Not only will they then have to pay for the use of the 800 number, but it will clog up their corporate lines. Quit complaining and do something about it. They will NEVER take your number off the list no matter how many times you request it. So just forward the number and you'll never have to hear it ring from these idiots again.
