i believe its a collection agency not a telemarketer. the call like 3 to 4 times a day. i have asked them to stop calling but say i havew to put it in writing or they will call all they want. when i called them back they said i was calling ccs

I called this number and they refuse to tell you anything til you give a file number and theen they say you owe money for something you naver received.  they then say sorry and you don't have to be so rude!
