My son got a call from this number and it charged me 22.00!

THIS IS THE AT&T NUMBER AND THEY SAYTHAT THEY CAN NOT TRACK THE PEOPLE WHO SAY THEY HAVE SENT THINGS TO YOUR PHONE.

These people called my daughters phone 10 times and I was charged 40.00 there needs to be some way to stop this kind of garbage!!!!!

I also received a charge from the same number but with a different description Flycell and the charge for that was another $10.00.  it was from the same # 1-800-331-0500

I was charged $72.00 for 25 calls that my 12 year daughter received. AT&T said that it was from a third caller and there wasn't anything they could do.

got my phone bill today and whaddya know? this number appears 29 times on my daughters account.. turns out that she responded to a TV ad via the internet naively giving her phone number as payment.. first charge was through Cellfish Media for $9.99 and the rest listed PersonalLoveco at $2.11 each... we called AT&T and had all the charges waived since it's obviously a scam for unsuspecting teenagers.. does anyone know what the context of these messages are? my daughter refuses to tell us, but that won't last.

Received phone bill today and there was a charge of $21.34 for a call my son didn't make. We took all the extra precautions by getting unlimited text and blocking internet. But I guess that isn't enough! Called AT&T and he said that he put in for a refund and that I will be credited next month for the charges but we will see!

to let you know that att is a bunch of crap my child got the number on her bill  and they said there is nothing they can do about it. they just can block it that is all.

My daugther is 14 years old and they put it on my line.
We just got our phones from AT&T a couple of months ago and this is our second bill with multiple charges. Why is it that the company is letting this happened? Hold a class action suite againist AT&T and this internet company. AT&T can find out who the carrier is if they were getting charges on their sevices!

Same thing to me too! I got this txt that says a gurls name, Lauren or Leah then the number 17. It asks if I need help with my love life...it also asks to do name test. Like...you but a gurls name and a boys name and you get a txt that tells you wheather it is a good match or not.GETTING ME MAD!!!

My stepdaughter has the same thing going on, same company etc, when I contacted AT&T the first time they said I could dispute the bill by going to a website and entering in a code that would be texted to the phone the charges are being applied to.  I was unable to do so because of extenuating circumstances, and now there was $99.71 on my last bill. Does anyone have anyway of getting these charges taken off without having the actual phone in hand??

what is the deal? you know this is a scam why do you not do anything?

I was billed $25.91 listed as cellfish media and personal love on my 13 year old son's line .  I called AT&T and they put a block on his phone for stuff like this.  They also agreed to credit my bill for the charges to my account.  I still don't know what it is.  She never gave me an answer when I asked.

Actually, she did say it was like when you text a vote to American Idol and you are charged a fee for it, but not what this is specifically.

Same thing happened to me.  My wireless bill this month showed $68.18 in mobile purchases and downloads on my 13 year old daughter's cell phone.  Billed as cellfish media, CSW Group, Play Phone, Inc. and 14 entrys for Personal Love Co.  I called AT&T and they agreed to credit my bill for these charges.  I also had a block put on my daughter's phone so that these types of charges cannot be accepted on her cell phone number.  If she wants to make a purchase, she has to let me enter a "PIN" number that AT&T will email to me.

My cell phone bill was awkwardly expensive, so I went on my phone to see why and I recieved charges of $21.51 from this "personalloveco", and I have never even heard of this!! I am not really sure what to do. But I think that it is very wierd that all of these happen to people who have AT&T. Which I also have.
