Harrassing calls every day. Please stop these harrassers

I have been getting 20 plus calls a day...on my house phone and my cell !  I am current with my card which I rarely use anyway since Macy's has gone way down in quality since buying Marshall Fields.  Its driving me nuts.  I get calls on sundays also.  Tomorrow I'm going over there and bitching my head off !  I will cancel my card and NEVER step foot in there again.

I am fed up with this.  One thing that have worked is the boycott.  We can initiate a campaign by closing all Macy's accounts and let them (Macy's) know through Twitter, Facebook that they need to stop giving our accounts to annoying people like this.  I don't think they are getting anything out of it. They call my house, cellular and even my job Blackberry.  As a matter of fact I have a Macy's account that I am closing right now that barely use has never been past due.

I spoke with someone about a week ago from this number (after they've been calling me 100 times a day for a month!).  I told them that I paid my bill on line for the next due date which is 11/27.  He said it was overdue.  I said they already charged me the $29 late fee so now they can wait until the next billing period. Now they're calling again.  I just got off the phone with a girl and told her the above.  She said I will keep getting calls until they recieve their payment.  What kind of billing office is that?!  Usually once you tell them you have paid it (even if the payment will be in the future) they leave you alone until that date.  then if they don't receive the payment they call again.  Macy's needs to keep their billing people in the USA, not in India.  they are stupid morons!  As soon as this bill is paid, I am cutting up my Macy's card and never shopping there again.  Macys sux!

I have noticed the name MCCS and number 1-727-556-5772 on my caller ID many times in the recent past, but never took the time to Google it or to call the number back. Today, after receiving 2 calls, I called the number and heard that I had reached Macy's Customer Credit Services. I waited a few minutes for my call to be answered, which it was, by a gentleman who sounded unsure about why I was calling -- this after I began by saying that I'm a Macy's customer, but I want my number removed from the call list. He asked what my phone number was and my name, and as I grew more agitated, he sounded more intimidated. He finally said something about making sure I'm NOT a Macy's customer before removing my number. I let hims know that if the calls continue I WILL no longer be a Macy's customer, as my account is not delinquent. Then he asked my account number, which I refused to disclose, in light of all the fraud that's running rampant. He seemed, finally, to give up, and said my phone number would be removed. I thank 'Anti-Junk Call Guerrilla' whose posting in Feb 2009 provided some clue about what these calls are all about, and the precise words to say to stop them!

OK..When do Bill Collectors/Solicitors call on Sundays??? I have had my  Macy's account for many years and pay every bill on time.Their collection dept.calls every hour on the hour regarding a past( wow one month) for the amount of $40.00..Since I mail in my payment I never knew I was behind..How about a call from Macy's Dept. store..or drop a line in the mail as a reminder..My money is green anywhere and I won't shop at Macy's if they continue to use this service.

These people have been calling me for weeks. I did miss my Macy's payment in the month of December however, it was minimal AND they started calling before the payment was EVER due. I refuse to give ANY of my information over the phone to ANYONE! I am beyond annoyed at this point!

a call that shows MCCS calls very regularly, but there is never a connection.  *69 gave me 727 556 7300.  The call rings only a couple of times.  I did not see a number; I did see MCCS.

ARGHHH!!!! They call at least FIVE TIMES a day! At LEAST. And NEVER leave a message. I had no idea who they were so I decided to answer. I asked who they were and what they were calling about, and they did NOT say Macy's. They said something about "...Technologies...". I said they are harassing me and to stop calling. Well, that didn't work, because they called again, and again, and again. And the 2nd, 3rd & 4th times I called I said I was going to file a lawsuit. Guess that didn't matter since they called AGAIN. OMG!!!!

Has a class action suit been filed?

Receive approximately 5-7 phone calls a day from this number asking for my son.  My son has paid his account and has zero balance.  When I ask the individual what they are calling about, they say "a personal matter."  Upon the 4th call today, I informed the individual on the other line that if they called one more time, I was contacting the FCC and reporting the number.  It will be interesting to see if any more calls come through.  SOMEONE needs to monitor these so-called debt collector when 99% of the time, the individual has no debt to collect!!!!  This is borderline HARASSMENT!
