I am calling Macy's right now to complain.

Ok I called the customer service agent at Macy's. I asked them if they used MCCM and they said yes, that was Macy's Customer Credit Service.  I told them my account was paid up, the man told me for some reason there was a collections flag on my account. I said "WHY!!!!!!!!!!?????"  He was very apologetic and said he would have the flag removed and I would get no more calls.

So, you need to call them, be firm and demand they take your name off the list.

Received multiple calls from this number. Spoke with a representative last week and confirmed they are with "Macy's Credit Services" and that I had a past-due bill...which is incorrect. One more call, and I will contact Macy's directly as I don't believe this group is legit. Don't give them ANY more of your information...they clearly have too much about us already.

I receive numerous calls from this number every day. I tried calling them back and no one answers. The caller id shows MCCS. I don't answer the phone. They never leave a message.

They call several times a day and put me on hold. If they called me, they should not have the right to put me on hold. I hope these people burn in He--.

20Dec08 - have received 4 calls today since just before 8 am (Illinois time).
If this is Macy's credit collection service I am appalled since I do not have
a Macy's account, so why would they keep calling. I also once answered their call and was put on hold!!! And am on the national do not call list, but these telemarketers still call. Enough is enough

I receive aprox 12-15 calls from this number a day and do not have a Macy's account or any credit cards at all, sometimes I wait on the line to let this people know they have the wrong number but they keep me waiting. Any ideas how I can stop this calls?, they keep calling my cell phone and I am charge by minutes.  Thanks

Continuously called for the last month, many times a day, never leaves a message and when I do answer no one is there. Who gives these guys money to do this?

IT IS A THAT MAPS REGIONS OF DEBT FOR COMPANIES.  ANOTHER WORDS WHAT REGIONS WITHIN THE USA THAT ARE CARRYING THE MOST DEBT.

BECAUSE THERE IS SO MUCH DEBT NOW, ALOT OF CREDIT COMPANIES ARE SELLING THEIR DEBT TO LARGE BANKS AND COLLECTION COMPANIES EVEN IF THE DEBT IS PAID.  ANSWER THE PHONE AND TELL THEM THAT IT IS AGAINST THE LAW TO CALL SO MANY TIMES AND THAT YOU WILL ONLY SPEAK TO THE DEBTOR.  ADVUSE THEM YOU WILL BE  REPORTING THEM AS A FRAGUKLENT COMPANY COLLECTION AN UNKNOWN DEBT.  THEN CALL THE COMPANY THEY ARE REPRESNTING AND STRAIGHTEN IT OUT, ESPECAILLY BECAUSE THIS GOES ON YOUR CREDIT REPORT.  DONT LET THESE COMPANIES PUSH YOU AROUND.  IF YOU CANNOT PAY ASK FOR THE COMPANY FOR THEIR HARDSHIP DEPT AND MAKE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS.  THE COLLECTION COMPANIES DO ALOT AGAINST THE LAW AND YOU HAVE RIGHTS EVEN IF YOU ARE DEADBEAT.

Has anyone contacted the Attorney General over these harrassing  calls?  Does anyone know the origin of the calls?  What does MCCS mean? I've looked and seen the same references online to the Marine Corp Community Service.  Let's get this stopped.

These harrassing calls started a few days ago, the same as always, anytime during the day/night....never leaving a message. I was told that they are a collecting agency for Macy's and Bloomingdale's and that my Macy's account had an over due balance ??  Well I have not used that card in over 2 years and I had called Macy's directly to verify my account status....it was fine with a balance of ZERO. During a call back to this company at that number listed, I was refered to a manager by the name of Dean Andrews, his boss was a man named Mr. Murphy....funny thing was his voice seemed scared when I had asked him about his job and where it location was and to whom he reports to, plus given the nice American names but yet all the voices had deep India accents....they must be adpotive people ???  these people do have your numbers and names....god know what else they have of personnal info....lets try to stop these people !!!!!

I get several calls from this number and they hang up when I answer the call. Once I got a person saying they represent several credit card accounts which I happen to have, asking for more than I actually owe. They start as early as eight o clock in the morning and call throughout the day. Once I was talking to one person from this place while another call on call waiting was from them.
 Something has to be done about this annoying place. I am really pissed!

This number is Macy's Department Store Credit Card Customer Service from Florida.  They said that they call for unpaid Macy's Credit Cards or 1+ month late bills.  I think they are doing this to get their money as many of their stores are closing across the U.S.  Regardless, it is annoying and unnecessary.  

As per the comment below about a "HINDU ACCENT" - there is no such thing.  It it like saying the caller has a Christian accent - there is no such thing and is a rather ignorant comment.

MCCS has been calling the entire month of January approximately 8-10 times a day!!!  I called the number and just got music.......

Is there any way to stop them from calling?  Same issues as everyone else's complaints.  Calls constantly and never leaves a message.  I refuse to pick up.  If it's that important they'd leave a message.

They are calling me on my cell phone anywhere from 4-6 times daily for the past week. I just called them back; they are indeed a collection agency calling for Macy's. The man spoke with an Indian accent, and was polite when I requested that he not call me any longer. I have not a Macy's card for at least 20 years, and my cell number, I've had for about one year

Last week sunday this number started calling me. I don't answer numbers that are not in my cell phone, howeer, when I got to work on Monday morning I had like seeral missed calls on my work number. Eeryday this number calls first my cell then my work immediately back to back. they neer leae a message but an empty voicemail. So today I blocked my number and called it back and it gae one ring then a recording said your call might be recorded then it says please hold for a representatie and have you account information ready. I was like huh and just hang up the phone.
