Got a call on my answering machine, recorded last part of a greeting and thanked me for waiting. Then a "real" voice came on "Hello", followed by a hangup. ID showed the number and MCCS. MCCS is anything from a research firm to the Marine Corps Community Service!
I get repeated calls from 1-727-556-5772 every day. They start at 8:00 am, which in NJ is in not within the Statue of Limitations. Our govornor passed a law no telemarketing till 9:00 am. I am even on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY LIST. I get a person with a foreign accent who I cannot understand, and has had the nerve to ask for a SS#, to help cease the calls, which I refuse to give.
I get calls every day from 1-727-556-5772. I have yelled in their ear to stop the harressing calls, but they still continue to haress and call my number. I have a fax connected to my number, and I guess they don't care getting whistles and bells in their ears. They are a bunch of IDIOTS
I been receiving calls on my home telephone number, it comes up as MCCS I found out that they are in Florida but I have no organization name,any time they call which is ongoing daily the person has a Hindu accent. The phone call is extensively harrasing and anoying and they never give their business name, or their own name. I want this stopped because they are calling repeatedly, and never give their name.!
I have been getting calls from this number, too. When they call there is noone on the other end of the phone. The caller ID shows FACS as the caller. I want to know who it is.
They call anywhere from once a day to more than three times a day. As I have Caller ID, I don't bother to answer their calls.
We have paid off all our outstandig debt a while ago, but these people still call. Can't figure ou why, but am not going to pick up the phone for them.
We simply do not pickup the phon e if we don't know the caller.
Started calling my phone at 8:30am and called 7 times within 1-2 hours of each other, but left no messages. It's annoying. I refuse to pick up, especially when no one leaves a message.
This number calls several times a day. Normally I don't answer it. When I have answered (to tell them to stop calling) there is no one there. Recently they started leaving incredibly long empty voicemails. Just now, an automated voice stated there was an important call...then a male voice said "hello" and I said "stop calling this number!"
Absolutely positively no idea. Like everyone here, they call over and over again without leaving any message or even answering when picked up or called back. It's a mystery.
Called number back and spoke to a male operator with a very thick Indian accent. It was hard to understand him, especially with his background noise, and he kept telling me that he "cannot get my voice." After a lot of frustration and questioning, it turns out that MCCS stands for Macy's Credit Card Services and they are most likely calling because a bill is past due. I did not appreciate the attitude he was giving me.
They're a bunch of morons...put me on hold listenin' to crap music and the automated service says "Your call is important to us." Then they hang up on me...what a waste of my time.
They're stupid they don't know how to pick up a phone properly. Probably promoted from janitorial services.
MCCS at 727-556-5772 has called 4 times already today, Nov 3 2008. They have called many times in the past couple of months as well. No idea who they are or what they want. The number they call is on the do-not-call list. They never leave a message.
They call about 5 to 10 times a day - seriously. I answered today, and the woman, who's name is Ama told be to have my parents call her at 18005451246. When i asked her why,she told me it was "personal business". I told her that I was their daughter and that it wouldn't be that I'd be happy to know what the "personal business" concerned and she told me she couldn't tell me, so I told her my parents won't be calling her. What is this s***!? They call all the time, and if they call again, I'm gonna lose it! 1-727-556-5772.
Have been getting the same calls now for over three weeks. This is outsourceing, and if it is Macy's credit card service doing this then we should let Macy's know that we do not appreciate it and if it keeps on we should file a class action lawsuit against them.
I just got a call from that number. I called back and waited for a rep to answer. They asked if I had an account at Macy's. I told them yes, I do. They asked for my account number 'to verify my information'. I told them absolutely not. Then they wanted my phone number 'to verify my information'. I told them that since they had called me, they should have my phone number already. I thanked her for her time, we said goodbye, and hung up.
