This number called twice leaving a message on the second call. It was from 1800 Flowers letting me know about a problem with my number. They didn't actually tell me what the issue was over the phone, just asked that I call them to discuss.

calls every couple days.... leaves no message

Has called 6 times in the last 30 minutes

calls and hangs up - never leaves messages.

called 3 times 6:43, 7:21, 7:22 p.m., on the same day. does not leave a message.

Called twice 8/7/08.  One call was at 9:00pm...too late to be calling.

they are laying lines in my naborhood so I guest they are looking for people  to hook up to their sevice......... I still don't like it.

Once every couple of weeks I get a number of calls from this number.. I don't answer.. my number has been registered in the DO NOT CALL list since it was first made operational.. I guess nobody cares about it, as there are no real penalties for these people.

Secret Gov't activities? I am thinking all they want is to confirm your voice for their "anti-terrorist" voice recognition software. Do they get funding from the Gov't for voice identification? Have you noticed people taking your picture lately? See the facial recognition cameras at intersections? Anyone with an opinion?

I too have received several calls from this number ON MY CELL!! This isn't the only other telemarketing firm that has somehow decided that it was OKAY to call my cell which is a FCC violation.

Call everyday twice aday. Datascension comes up on caller id with the number. I never pick up as I can tell they are telemarkers. I will report them to donotcallgov.org which we are signed up with.

The person calling wanted to know how many movies I'd seen in the past year.
She said she was not selling anything.  She didn't say which company she
represents.  She just asked a couple of questions, but I wished I'd asked
why she was asking them, but I was tired - another telephone survey.
Calling people at home to ask stupid questions and/or sell anything should
be illegal.  People are supposed to get privacy, rest and quiet in their homes.  You can't shut ringers off the new phones which is why I have an
old one near my bed so I can sleep but still have a phone in an emergency.
