Numerous calls daily - from other web sites this is a "very nasty" collections agency.  Don't know why they're calling me!  Sometimes the phone won't even ring long enough for the answering machine to pick up - and when it does, they leave no message!

This company calls my number 4 - 6 times a day and when anyone answers it as we always do, "Trenker Residence, may I help you?", they hang up.  I have called the company twice and filed complaints with them and left a messge with a supervisor.  We have no outstanding debts and are not being pursued for a collection matter.  This has been going on for over a month and some calls come in before 7 AM and some after 8 PM - we have very young children in the home.  This is clear harrassment.

This company also calls my house at least 4 times a day, the message they leave is unprofessional, they make it sound like they are one of my friends, just a regular message, "Hey michele it's jen call me back at ???-???-???" and another one just like from a guy named ben. Messages should be left with the companys name and the message should state who the caller is trying to reach such as Mr. or Mrs.  Not on a first name bases, you dont know me dont call me by my first name.   Other messages were left with people laughing, and even a BURP.  THIS IS HARRASSMENT

Daily calls to my cell phone.  Never leave a message.  What do they want?

We've been getting these too--hangups when we answer. This time it was followed by someone calling from a 212- (my area code) number and asking for "Nancy"--I am totally in the dark as to why they hang up--though I speculate they are looking for people to scam out of bank information or credit card info and SS numbers. THe reason I think this is they hang up after I answer...and we don't owe and bills. I wonder if they are trolling for people with elderly voices and the aggressive harrassment some people are experiencing would be designed to get you to disclose personal information such as a bank account number in order to get rid of them.

Okay--I just called 703-291-9039 and they answered with "RPM"--I told the woman I was getting hangups and it should stop immediately and she asked for our phone number...when I gave it to her, she gave me a name that was my married name 20 years ago...then said that we had a bill in arrears with Verizon and gave me a phone number and address that i had never heard of that she said was the phone number for the bill in arrears. The first name of the person was different from my first name tho the last was my old married name. I tried to explain to her that was NOT my name any more and NOT my first name and she said well I would have to address the case of mistaken it with Verizon!!!! She said our number was associated with that account--I told her they made the mistake, clearly they were trying to track this person down and somehow wound up associating us with that person and putting our number on the call list. Apparently this is a "business" that does do debt collection but very ineffectively...I suggest calling them and asking them to take you off and whatever you do do not reveal any personal info as I suspect in addition they may be a scam agency trying to get credit card numbers over the phone to pay the "bills" in arrears.

I also get calls from this company about an alleged Verizon bill for someone other than myself. I have told them repeatedly that the bill is not mine and to not call my number and they continued. I reported them to the Attorney Generals Office of NY. That is what everyone should do who can prove that they have no business with this company, no matter the state you live in.

I"m also getting numerous calls daily. They don't leave any messages or anything. They said I owed a Verizon bill from 2001 but I don't know. I've never had an account with Verizon so I have no clue why they keep calling my phone and not leaving messages 3-4 times a day.  Will write the Attorney General in NY

Yes, this company has started calling my home line approx. 3 weeks ago.  Never leaves a message.  I did call the number back and they say you have reached RPM.  Who on earth is RPM??

I have received calls from this number 703-291-9039 for a number of weeks like everyone else No answer. This is hard to defend when you have no idea what they want. I will not call back. Because I do fill it is some kind of a scam. I've already had my credit card number stolen. The police found out who the person was that used the card and who they shipped it to. but did nothing
about it. I would like to have an address. So I could send them a get well card.

This individual keeps calling my elderly parents leaving no message at all times. I star 69 them to find the number and I am filing complaint in there behalf. My parents have no debts owed so I am looking out for them.

This company started calling me as well. I tried calling back, and no one picked up. If they are going to tell me I have a verizon wireless bill to pay, well, I've never had one!

I also keep getting calls from 410-202-0027 saying I owe money for an electric bill.
They do the EXACT same things as the 703 number- call, hang up. But I called back, and the guy said I owed a bill for a month that didn't make sense (considering how bill paying is for them) and immediately read me my socail security number.   I am going to report this. How they got my social security number frightens me.

Just started getting these calls this morning.  We owe nothing to anyone (not even credit cards), have never been arrears in any payment, and have NEVER been to collections for any reason.  The 2nd time they called a woman with a heavy Jamaican accent left a garbled message and phone number we could not understand.  Won't be answering the phone and won't call back at all.  After googling, it appears to be Receivable Performance Management, a collection agency based in Washington.  They have a website.  If we continue to get calls, we will be talking to the office of the CA State Attorney General.  Thankfully, CA has VERY strict laws in this area.

I am sick of these people calling when ever they please. I am clueless why they are calling and it needs to stop.I don't have any out standing debt.

calling several times a day---also using 801 623-4627 and many other phone #'S am reporting this to FCC-and also Att.Gen"s Office--would encourage all who are receiving these calls to do the same ---Some sort of SCAM that must be stopped

703-291-9039 - This # no company name has been calling us in Hillsboro, OR for about 2 months now.  Never a message and hang ups when my husband or I answer.  I finally 'googled' the # and ended up here....to leave a comment along with all these other angry people.

I just received a call from the # you all are complaining about. They are indeed a collection agency named RPM. They have VERY nasty tactics they use, which garners them results, since many become intimidated or just plain tired of it. That is why many companies choose to use them. I DO owe a debt from a local hospital/surgery but when I explained my situation last spring (I only make a small amount above min. wage) and that the finances were not present right now...can they wait...I was laughed at.  Then I was ORDERED to pay $20 a month and no less. I told him I could only commit to $10 (mind you the bill is under $300) and he would NOT accept it. I refuse to answer their calls. Very unprofessional for anyone to use the harassment tactics they use and for companies to trust their name to the likes of them (such as Verizon). As others have said...if you do NOT owe a debt to them, I would certainly contact your states attorney general AND the FTC about the harassment.

Just got a call from them saying I owe MCI phone company!!!  Almost $200.00 I told her I have never had a phone with them (she got ugly) Told me I needed to respond on the complaint form ??? they sent--which I have never received. Since I have never spoken to anyone. They try to get lots of info up front bank info etc.

These fools call under different pretenses. I get caller id's for Dumfries 703-291-9039 and 800 service 866-212-7408. Both are the same company. A collectioin agency I see from these reports. I never answer them but they think they are clever.
