I keep on getting these call from this number. They ask for a family member,when I tell them he is not available and ask to give him a message they say no message and hang up.  I call back and a recording tells me the number is not in service.

Same problem with them calling a couple days a week with up to 3 calls in those days.  No message left and calling the number back gives a message "This number is not in service"

We receive 3-4 calls from this number each day and there is never anyone on the line.  This time, there was a male voice who simply said "I will not be held accountable" and hung up.  I tried to return the call and the message said the number has been disconnected.
