they keep calling my work number saying they are a collection agency looking for Andrea. I've called back three times and they tell me my number has been deleted from their system... three times???
I am very upset 398.00 was taken out of my acct without my approval. I will be going to my bank this morning to have this investigated. I don't appreciate this and these people should be prosecuted.
If you have a fax machine, set it to answer after 3 rings. This way they think it's a fax line and they stop calling because they think it's a fax line and can't talk to a real person. I have caller ID and if it's someone I know I turn off the fax machine before the 3rd ring and answer the call.

It's not fraud..people forget they authorize it as they ring once and three years later take it out of your visa..who the heck remember who they talked to on the phone 3 yrs ago!! Anyway rest assured it's not fraud it's CardAssist. Just ring the number and cancel it, you'll get your money back.
Yes, after you order something the company gives them your credit card info and you get charged for something. It happened to me after I ordered Smooth Away.
I received the same type of call from a man by the name of Jason Stone who transfered me to Raymond Scott. He told me that I owe $926.00. After reading your email I to reported it the the FTC
They called from a 636.625.1531 number and the gentleman left a message stating to call 888.442.0803 and this would be his last time calling. Never mentioned a company name.
This is the second time today this number showed up on my caller ID. Both times when I answered no one responded. I'm sure this is the same number that was on our caller ID a few months ago when we were not in. "TOLL FREE CALL" is all that the caller ID stated below the number.
it is more likely that this is a known "thing" to the credit card companies. in other words your not the first nor will ya be the last to suffer at the hands of these guys.
They call every day sometimes twice and never leave a message. If you call them, it says that they can not be reached from this area. I'm on the no call list yet they keep calling! Isn't there something that can be done to put them out of business?
All I do is pick up the phone and hang it up - I do this with all out of state numbers. If you do this from the onset, and a few times, the calls almost always stop, because the Morons think it's a bad number.
888-844-5059 - Receiving calls from this number EVERYDAY at exactly 6AM, 9AM, 1PM, 5PM and 11PM. They are clearly an Auto-Dialer, which is ILLEGAL. Plus the fact that the calls are coming in BEFORE 7AM and after 10PM is violating the Telemarketing and DNC laws as well. If I answer, they hang up. If ...
these people called for my husband, but we dont owe any money so i am not sure what they want...the lady wouldnt tell me anything, but asked for my email address and said that she would email me something...still waiting...
I got a call from this number as well. They asked for the "Ebay Account holder", but then when I asked them for what Ebay user name they hesitated and then gave me the wrong name... I'm 99% sure it was an attempted fraud call...
